In the feeding machine, the automatic feeder for power press has different relaxation methods due to the actual needs of different customers. There are two common types, one is mechanical relaxation and the other is the pneumatic relaxation. What is the difference between the two ways of automatic feeder for power press? However, because the pneumatic relaxation is slow, it is not suitable for high-speed feeding operations with short steps. When installing the mechanical NC automatic feeder for power press, mechanical rods need to be installed on the slider for relaxation, so it is not suitable for gantry punching and shearing machine equipment, but the mechanical relaxation device has a fast response, which is very suitable for  for short step and high speed feeding operations. Besides, the mechanical relaxation stability and ease of operation are better than the pneumatic NC automatic feeder for power press.
