The ALC series of open type double crank c frame mechanical press is one of the best selling products of our company. The main drive gears, shafts, etc. are all enclosed at the top of the machine frame. After the body is welded with Q235-B, it will be tempered to eliminate the internal stress of the material. The main motor is mounted on the upper part of the frame, and the flywheel support, flywheel, clutch, etc. are installed on the rear side of the frame, and the flywheel is subjected to the assembly work after being tested for dynamic balance before assembly.

The KINGLAN ALC Series is a double crank C frame mechanical power press designed for precision sheet metal stamping, punching, blanking and forming operations. Available in press capacities from 110 to 315 tons, the series combines a rigid welded frame, precision transmission system and reliable control components to support stable production in a wide range of metalworking applications.
With its double crank drive and wide working area, the ALC Series is suitable for manufacturers processing automotive components, electrical parts, appliance components, hardware products and other stamped metal parts. High-Rigidity Welded Frame
The press frame is constructed from welded steel and designed to provide reliable structural stability during repeated stamping operations. The rigid structure helps maintain consistent working conditions under continuous production loads.
Double Crank Drive System

Depending on the machine configuration, components from established suppliers such as SKF/NTN, Schneider, Omron, Delta, SMC, TACO, IHI and NOK may be incorporated into the press system.
